摘要
本文在总结分析当前潍坊市国土资源信息化建设现状的基础上,按照全业务、全流程"市县一体"信息化管理思想,面向全市以"强化资源整合、推动系统联动"为目标,以市、县两级国土资源数据中心为结点,以"物理分散、逻辑集中"的国土资源"一张图"核心数据库为依托,利用PAAS(平台即服务)和SAAS(软件即服务)的设计方法,采用SOA架构和云计算技术,探索建设了潍坊市国土资源市、县两级业务协同服务综合云平台。
This paper based on analyzing the current situation of Weifang Land and Resources Informatization, In accordance with the whole business, the whole process, ＂City and County Integration＂ information management thinking, for the city to ＂strengthen the integration of resources, promote the system linkage＂ as the goal, the data center of city and county levels as a node, ＂Physical dispersion and logic concentration＂ Land and Resources ＂one map＂ core database as the basis, using PAAS （platform as a service） and SAAS （software as a service） design method, Using SOA architecture and cloud computing technologies, exploring the Weifang Land and Resources the city and county levels Collaborative service Cloud Platform.
