摘要 本文以实现农村土地整治项目的高效监管为目的,基于现有的FJCORS系统,以手持GNSS移动设备为载体,利用"天地图·福建"等现有数据资源,实现土地整治项目从采集任务的自动生成,到外业信息精确采集,现场情况随时查看,以及整改意见一键下发的全过程管理,以科技手段实现远程监管目的,改变传统的由人工赴现场稽查、抽查的工作模式,大大节省了人力物力投入,提高工作效率及监管水平。 For the purpose of efficient supervision of rural land remediation projects, and based on existing FJCORS ( Fujian Continuously Operating Reference Station) systems, hand-held GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) mobile device as a carrier, as well as using "world map ~ Fujian" and other existing data resources, paper implements land remediation projects namely: from the collection task automatically generated to outside the industry to gather accurate information, on-site at any time to view, and the correction key issued means to achieve remote monitoring and management: site inspection, it can greatly reduce the manpower and standards on the whole process of management.
