CIP cleaning practice of long distance stainless steel pipeline

介绍以山西某酒厂新建的5 km不锈钢输酒管道的清洗实践,利用输酒管道中的两台输酒泵和金属快接软管,将原单向并行式输酒管路临时改造成带有多个排污点的循环清洗系统,进行CIP清洗作业。经碱性清洗液循环清洗、纯化水不循环冲洗、原酒润洗等步骤,顺利完成了输酒管道的清洗作业。对留存纯化水的溶解物、电导率、p H等指标的检验均合格,系统很快投入输酒作业,证明CIP就地清洗省时省力、安全、环保,达到了预期的清洗效果。

Will cleaning a 5 km new stainless steel pipeline transporting wine of a Shanxi winery as a practice,to introduce the CIP cleaning job. Using two pump and metal quick connect hose,make the original one-way transport Parallel pipeline transformed into temporary Annular pipeline with a plurality of sewage pipe. After circulation washing with alkaline cleaning solution,purified water cricuitflushing,wine rinsing and so on,completed successfully the cleaning operations. Test for residual purified water,dissolved matter,conductivity,p H and other indicators are qualified,soon used in the work of transporting wine,it is proved that the CIP cleaning saves time and labor,safety and environmental protection,and achieving the desired cleaning effect.
