我国高校实践育人共同体建设的内涵、问题及对策研究 被引量:95

摘要 高校实践育人共同体建设是教育部近年来提出的一项明确要求,是高校立德树人过程中应当高度关注的一个战略性问题,是高校全面深化教育改革和提高人才培养质量的一项系统工程。当前高校实践育人共同体建设就是要加强实践育人整体性制度的设计与推进,促进不同实践育人活动的管理融合和价值提升,对其内涵的把握就是要注重共同目标实施的顶层设计、重视共同参与实现的师生互动、强调共同作用发挥的过程融合、加快共同优势提升的机制共建等;同时要针对高校实践育人共同体建设中存在的理念偏差、能力不足、机制不畅、方法不活等问题,进一步凝聚共识以构建实践育人共同体建设的工作体系、对接需求以探索实践育人共同体建设的有效形式、抓住重点以破解实践育人共同体建设的实际难题、分类推进以促进实践育人共同体建设的特色发展。 The construction of practice education community in universities in China is an explicit demand which is put forward by Ministry of Education in recent years. Besides, it is also a strategic issue which should be attached highest attention during the process of enhancing morality while fostering talents, and is also a systematic project in comprehensively deepening reform in college education and improving quality of talents cultivation. Currently, the construction of practice education community in universities requires to enhance the design and promotion of the integrate system of practice education, and to promote the management integration and value enhancement of different practice education activities. Besides, the mastery of the connotation of practice education is to emphasize the top-level design of the implementation of common goal, to pay attention to the interaction between teachers and students in practice education, to stress the process fusion of the exertion of common effect, and to accelerate the co-building of mechanism in the promotion of common advantages and so on. Meanwhile, as to the problems existing in the process of the construction of practice education, such as deviation in ideas, insufficient ability, ineffectiveness and inflexible methods and so on, we need to further build consensus to build work system of practice education community, to match the needs so as to explore the effective forms of the construction of practice education, to grasp the focal point to solve the practical problems, and to boost in classification to promote the characteristic development of the construction of practice education community.
