摘要
本研究从梭梭中克隆了2条NAC基因,分别命名为序列Ha NAC3(KU534095)和Ha NAC4(KU534-096)。序列分析显示Ha NAC3基因编码一条242个氨基酸的多肽,Ha NAC4基因编码一条287个氨基酸的多肽,并且编码的蛋白都为亲水性蛋白。经过同源性比对分析发现2条序列都含有典型的NAC结构域,属于NAC转录因子家族。组织特异性表达分析结果显示Ha NAC3序列在梭梭根部有较高强度的表达;Ha NAC4在梭梭种子中表达量较高。干旱胁迫下,Ha NAC3和Ha NAC4呈现出不同的表达方式,本研究有助于为进一步分析梭梭NAC家族基因功能提供帮助。
In this study, two NAC gene sequences from Haloxylon ammodendron were cloned which named as HaNAC3 (KU534095) and HaNAC4 (KU534096) respectively. Sequences analysis showed that the HaNA C3 gene encoded a polypeptide of 242 amino acids, HaNA C4 gene encoded a polypeptide of 287 amino acid and all the two encoded protein were hydrophilic. The two sequences contained a typical NAC domain, speculated belonging to NAC transcription factor family after homology alignment. Tissue-specific expression analysis showed that I-IaNAC3 sequence expressed intensive in the root of Haloxylon; HaNA C4 expressed higher in Haloxylon seeds. U-nder drought stress, HaNA C3 and HaNA C4 showing a different expression. This study was helpful for the further analysis ofNAC gene family function in Haloxylon ammodendron.
