对青海东部区域森林经营模式的思考

Thinking on Regional Forest Management Model in the Eastern of Qinghai

目前我国森林资源总体上还不能满足国家建设和人民生活的需求,森林总量和质量还需不断的提高,森林经营工作成为今后我国林业发展的重中之重。森林经营是当下提高森林质量,提升林地生产力,维护森林生态系统稳定的重要课题,随着青海省人工林面积的不断增大,探索人工林近自然经营的要求会越来越迫切,也是青海乃至全国人工林的必经之路。本文依据现有的林情,针对青海东部区域提出了森林经营的目标和模式选择,提出了森林可持续经营的对策及建议。

At present,the overall forest resources in our country can＇t meet the national construction and the people＇s living needs,the quality and quantity of forest still need to constantly improve,forest management work become the priority among priorities in the future development of our country forestry. Forest management is present to improve forest quality,improve forest productivity,an important issue to maintain a stable forest ecosystem the system,with the increasing of plantation area in Qinghai Province,to explore the close to nature forest management requirements will be more and more urgent,it is Qinghai and even national plantation. The only way which must be passed based on existing forest conditions in Qinghai,the eastern region aim and mode of forest management is put forward,and some countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable forest management.
