10个板栗砧木品种(系)抗旱性综合评价 被引量:11

摘要 以10种板栗盆栽实生苗木为试验材料,采用自然干旱胁迫方法,测定干旱胁迫40 d后与抗旱性相关生理指标、根系形态指标等。运用主成分分析及隶属函数法比较各指标反映抗旱能力,综合评价10种板栗抗旱性。结果表明,各指标反映抗旱能力从高到低顺序为:POD、根系长度、根分支数、根系表面积、根尖数、可溶性糖含量、根系体积、SOD、根系直径、根冠比、MDA。10种板栗抗旱性排序为:大板红(DBH)>紫晶(ZJ)>燕龙(YL)>燕奎(YK)>燕山短枝(YSDZ)>燕山早丰(YSZF)>紫珀(ZP)>迁西晚红(QXWH)>迁西早红(QXZH)>迁西壮栗(QXZL)。此评价结果与干旱胁迫结束时植株形态表现基本一致。因此,DBH、ZJ可作为抗旱板栗砧木品种在迁西地区广泛种植。 The potted seedlings of 10 kinds Chinese chestnut were used as the test materials in this study to determinate drought resistance indices such as biochemical indices, root morphology indices by using natural drought stress method after 40 d. The methods of principal component analysis and subordi- nate functions were used for comparison of drought resistance index and drought resistance comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that the indices reflected the drought-resistant ability as: the activities of POD, root length, root forks, root surface area, root tips, soluble sugar contents, root volume, the activities of SOD, root diameter, root cap ratio, the MDA contents. The drought resistances of 10 kinds Chinese chestnut was in the order: DBH〉ZJ〉YL〉YK〉YSDZ〉YSZF〉ZP〉QXWH〉QXZH〉QXZL. The evaluation result was simi- lar to the plant morphological performance at the end of drought stress. DBH, ZJ could be used as the drought-resistant rootstock variety(strain)planted widely in Qianxi area.
