摘要
针对水稻闭锁式立体育秧室内环境参数无法在线获取和难以调控等问题,研制闭锁式立体水稻育秧室环境控制与监测系统。该系统可视化监测与调控秧苗生长环境,确定秧苗生长最佳环境,实现监测调控自动化,使秧苗保持最佳生长状态;将STC12C5A60S2单片机作为下位机,结合DS18B20温度传感器、DHT11温湿度传感器及土壤水分传感器采集数据,运用STC12C5A60S2单片机自带AD数模转换土壤水分信息,实现秧苗生长环境可视化。后期育秧试验表明,秧苗综合质量优于大棚育秧秧苗。研究结果为后续完善秧苗生长技术提供有效数据保障。
In order to give the solution of problem of on-line acquirement and difficulty of process control for the environment parameters in a closed and stereo rice seedling room, an environmental control and monitoring system rice seedling room was developed. The system of seedling growth environment visualized monitoring and control, to optimize the seedling growth environment by using an automatic monitoring regulation to achieve the seedlings had an important role in maintaining optimal growth state. Based STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller of system was for the next bit machine with DS18B20 temperature, DHT11 temperature sensors and humidity sensors, and soil moisture sensor data collection and used STC12C5A60S2 MCU come with AD achieve soil moisture information digital to analog conversion, seedling growth environment visualization, and improvement of seedling growth.The result from validation experiments showed the whole quality indices of rice seeding from closed and stereo rice seedling roomare higher than that from green house.The research results provided the effective data protection for stereo sound closed-growing technology.
