玉米油与猪油复合油对小鼠血液生化指标及肝脏抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨玉米油与猪油复合油对小鼠血脂、血糖及肝脏抗氧化能力的影响。方法:选取SPF级8 w龄C57BL/6J雄性小鼠40只,随机分成4组,分别为3.8%复合油组(57%玉米油∶43%猪油,A1)、6.5%复合油组(57%玉米油∶43%猪油,A2)、3.8%玉米油组(B1)和6.5%玉米油组(B2)。饲养12周之后,称重,采血,称量体内脂肪质量,计算体脂率,检测血脂、血糖以及肝脏氧化损伤指标。结果:(1)A2组和B2组体质量、体脂率均极显著高于同油脂低水平组(P<0.01)。(2)复合油组组间比较,B2组TC、TG、LDL-C水平极显著高于B1组(P<0.01);A1组TC、TG水平极显著高于B1组(P<0.01),HDL-C水平显著高于B1组(P<0.05);B2组HDL-C水平显著低于A2组(P<0.05)。(3)复合油组MDA水平显著低于同一水平玉米油组(P<0.05);A1组T-AOC、SOD、GSH-Px水平显著高于A2组(P<0.05)。结论:长期摄入高水平的油脂会显著增加体质量、体脂率、升高血脂,对机体健康有害,建议减少油脂摄入。在低水平摄入量下,食用复合油能显著降低机体产生的丙二醛含量,减轻机体氧化损伤。在高摄入水平下,食用复合油脂与玉米油相比较,能显著升高HDL水平、降低肝脏MDA和血清TC含量,有益于机体健康。 Objective: To investigate the effects of corn oil mixed with lard on blood lipid, blood glucose and liver antioxidant capacity in mice, and provide new healthy oil for people. Methods: 40 Eight-week-old SPF C57BL/6J male mice weighed about24 g were randomly divided into 4 groups: Group A1, 3.8% compound oil group(57% corn oil ∶43% lard); Group A2, 6.5%compound oil group(57%corn oil∶43% lard); Group B1, 3.8% corn oil; Group B2, 6.5% corn oil with ten of each group. After the administration for 12 weeks, then weighing, body fat rate were calculated, and the levels of blood lipids, blood glucose and oxidative damage index were detected. Results:(1) The weight and body fat rate of A2 group and B2 group were very significantly higher than those in the same oil group(P〈0.01).(2) The level of TC, TG and LDL-C in B2 group was extremely higher than that of B1 group(P〈0.01). The level of TC and TG in A1 group was very significantly higher than that of B1 group(P〈0.01). HDL-C of A1 group was significantly higher than that of B1group(P〈0.05). HDL-C of B2 group was significantly lower than that of A2 group(P〈0.05).(3) The level of MDA in compound oil groups was significantly lower than that in the same level corn oil groups(P〈0.05). The level of T-AOC, SOD and GSH-Px in A1 group was significantly higher than that of A2 group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Long term intake with high level of oil is harmful to health by increasing body weight and body fat rate. Low level of corn oil mixed with lard can significantly decrease the content of MDA level and reduce the body oxidative damage. High level of corn oil mixed with lard can significantly increase the level of HDL-C, decrease the level of MDA and TC. It shows that long-term intake of high level of corn oil mixed with lard is better healthy than single corn oil.
