黄连水提液中盐酸小檗碱含量检测方法的建立

Establishment of a method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Coptis chinensis Franch. decoction

建立黄连水提液中盐酸小檗碱含量检测的方法。以乙腈-0.03 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(30∶70)为流动相,采用高压液相色谱仪和紫外检测器进行检测。结果表明,在10-60μg/m L范围内,盐酸小檗碱浓度和峰面积的线性关系良好,盐酸小檗碱的平均回收率为98.15%(n=6),RSD为1.87%。该方法符合方法学考察的规定,可作为黄连水提液中盐酸小檗碱含量检测的方法。

In order to establish a new method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Coptis chinensis Franch.decoction, using acetonitrile-0.03 M KH2PO4（30∶70） as the mobile phase, the high performance liquid chromatography equipped with UV detector was used to determine the berberine hydrochloride content in Coptis chinensis Franch. decoction. The results showed that in the concentration range of 10-60 μg/m L, the berberine hydrochloride content showed a good linear relationship with peak area. The average recovery of the berberine hydrochloride was 98.15%（n=6, RSD=1.87%）. The established method meets the requirements by methodology, and it can be used to determine berberine hydrochloride in Coptis chinensis Franch. decoction.
