电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定土壤中铁、锌、铜、锰元素含量 被引量:8

Determination of Fe, Zn, Cu and Mn in Dawashan soils by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry

摘要 甘肃大洼山综合试验基地土壤样品经氢氟酸-盐酸-硝酸-高氯酸混合酸分解,在5%的硝酸介质中,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定样品中的铁、锌、铜、锰等元素含量。检出限为:铁0.011μg/g、锌0.015μg/g、铜0.009μg/g、锰0.012μg/g,精密度(RSD,n=8)在1.63%~9.16%之间。经由国家一级标准物质分析验证,测定值与标准值吻合,结果准确可靠,该方法简单、快速,重现性好,克服了传统分析方法步骤冗长、过程难以控制等缺点。 Dawashan soil samples of Gansu were digested with a mixed acid of HF-HCl-HNO_3-HClO_4. Then the content of Fe,Zn, Cu and Mn were directly determined by ICP-AES in 5% nitric acid solution. The method overcomes the demerits of the traditional method, such as a tediously long analytical procedure and a difficult to control process. The detection limits of the method were 0.011 μg/g for Fe, 0.015 μg/g for Zn, 0.009 μg/g for Cu and 0.012 μg/g for Mn, respectively.The reliability of this method has been tested by the determination of these elements in the National Standard Reference samples and the results were in good agreement with certified values with RSD of 1.63%~9.63%(n=8).The method exhibits simplicity, rapidity, good reproducibility and wide linearity.
