摘要
探讨38种中药醇提物对耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(SA)的体外抗菌作用。通过纸片法检测标准菌株Z13和临床分离株N23的耐药谱,微量稀释法测定中药醇提物最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果表明,18种中药醇提物对Z13均有不同程度的抑菌效果,其中牡丹皮和连翘的抑菌效果最好,MIC均为31.25 mg/m L;10种中药醇提物对N23均有抗菌效果,其中牡丹皮、丁香、连翘、鸦胆子和厚朴的MIC及MBC均为250 mg/m L。该结果可为临床用药提供参考。
Objective: To discuss the antimicrobial effect of 38 kinds of alcohol extracts from traditional Chinese herb on drugresistant Staphylococcus aureus(SA) in vitro. Methods: Disk diffusion method was used to detect the drug resistance of standard strain Z13 and clinically isolated strain N23, and microdilution method was adopted to measure traditional minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum fungicidal concentration(MBC) of alcohol extracts from traditional Chinese herb. Results: 18 kinds of alcohol extract present different degrees of inhibitory effect on Z13, among them the inhibitory effect of Cortex Moutan Radicis and Fructus Forsythiae were the best with MIC of 31.25 mg/m L; 10 kinds of alcohol extracts showed inhibitory effect on N13, among them the MIC and MBC of Cortex Moutan Radicis, Flos Caryophylli, Fructus Forsythiae, Java Brucea Fruit and Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis were 250 mg/ m L. The results can provide a reference for clinical medication.
