不同军兵种优秀官兵军事绩效影响因素研究

Study on factors influencing military performance among excellent officers and soldiers in different categories of troops

目的探讨影响不同军兵种优秀官兵军事绩效的相关因素,了解其各自的特点。方法采用工作能力指数量表(WAI)、应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、社会支持量表(SSRS)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、自我接纳问卷(SAQ)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)和自编的个人一般情况调查表,选取陆(装甲兵)、海(潜艇兵)、空(飞行员)三兵种具有代表性的优秀岗位人员进行调查,并将结果进行比较。结果影响不同军兵种官兵军事绩效的因素既有共同点,也存在差异。装甲兵军事绩效的主要因素有职务、主观支持、SAQ、GWB;潜艇兵为文化程度、兴趣爱好和客观支持;而飞行员为健康状况、客观支持、SAQ、GWB(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论个体因素、应对方式、社会支持、自我效能、自我接纳和主观幸福感等心理品质是影响不同军兵种官兵军事绩效的重要因素,不同军兵种之间存在一定差异。

Objective To investigate the relevant factors that influence military performance of excellent officers and soldiers in different categories of troops, and to understand their own characteristics.Methods Work ability index scale （WAI）, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire（SCSQ）, Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）, General Self-Efficacy Scale （GSES）,Self-acceptance Questionnaire （SAQ）,General Well Being Scale （GWB） and the self-made personal general questionnaire were adopted to investigate the excellent representatives of officers and soldiers from three troop cate- gories of Army（armored soldiers）,Navy（submarine soldiers） and Air force（pilots） and the results were compared. Results The factors that influence military performance of excellent officers and soldiers in different categories of troops share both similarities and differences.The factors influencing military performance of armored soldiers were titles, subjective support, SAQ and GWB ; The factors influencing military performance of submarine soldiers were education degree, hobbies and interests, and objective support, while the factors influencing military performance pilots were health status, objective support, SAQ and GWB（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion Individual factors, coping style, social support, self-efficacy, self-acceptance, subjective well-being and other psychological qualities are the important factors that influence military performance of officers and soldiers in different categories of troops, and there are some differences between different categories of troops.
