电针联合耳压疗法辨证分型治疗肥胖疗效观察

Observation of the treatment of diabetes syndrome differentiation with electroacupuncture combined with auricular-plaster therapy

目的探讨电针联合耳压疗法辨证分型治疗肥胖的效果。方法选取医院收治的肥胖症患者92例作为研究对象,采用数字随机对照表将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组行电针治疗,观察组采用电针联合耳压疗法辨证分型治疗,观察两组临床疗效,评估治疗前后体重指数(BMI)、腰臀比(WHR)、腹围、腰围(WC)、脂肪数(FAT%)的变化情况,记录治疗前后胰岛素、血清瘦素的变化情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为80.43%显著高于对照组58.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后BMI、WHR、腹围、WC、FAT%分别为(28.06±1.73)kg/m2、(0.85±0.05)%、(98.64±6.36)cm、(92.45±6.17)cm、(31.15±2.15)%均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后瘦素、胰岛素水平分别为(14.64±6.21)μg/L、(5.13±1.28)m IU/L均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针联合耳压疗法辨证分型治疗肥胖疗效确切。

Objective To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with auricular-plaster therapy for syndrome differentiation on the treatment of obesity.Methods 92 cases of obese patients were taken as subjects and allocated into observation and control group in accordance with random number table.Electroacupuncture was used in the control group while electroacupuncture combined with auricular-plaster therapy was used in the observation group.Changes in BMI, WHR, abdominal perimeter, WC, and FAT% were assessed and changes of insulin and serum leptin were recorded before and after the treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 80.43% ,which was clearly higher than 58.70% in the control group,with differences of statistical significance （P〈0.05）.After treatment, BMI, WHR, abdominal perimeter, WC, and FAT% in the observation group were（28.06 ± 1.73）kg/m^2, （0.85 ± 0.05）%, （98.64 ± 6.36）cm, （92.45 ± 6.17）cm, and（31.15 ± 2.15）% respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group, with differences of statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）.After treatment, the levels of insulin and serum leptin of the observation group were （14.64 ± 6.21）μg/L and（5.13 ± 1.28）mIU/L respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the control group, with differences of statistical significance （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture combined with auricular-plaster therapy for syndrome differentiation on the treatment of obesity shows accurate curative effect.
