摘要
随着电子商务的高速发展,网下运作的物流活动已成为电子商务高效、快捷的关键.运用系统动力学方法建立电子商务一体化仓储与配送方案模型,并进行计算机仿真模拟,对延迟时间改变后的各参数变化进行分析.研究结果表明:降低卖家发货的延迟时间;加强卖家与电商配送中心之间的信息沟通;当一卖家缺货时,允许电商配送中心从其他卖家处调用同种货物;通过这些措施可以使配送中心合并订单,准时发货,而买家可以一次收货,提升买家的购物体验.
With the rapid development of electronic commerce, offline logistics operation has become the key to efficient and fast e-commerce. The system dynamic method is used to build an integrated warehousing and distribution system of e-commerce, operate the computer simulation and analyze the change of each parameter after the delay time has been changed. The result shows that through the following measures, the distribution center can merge orders and deliver on time, and the buyer can receive package at one time to improve his shopping experience: re- ducing the sellers' delivery delay time; enhancing the information communication between sellers and distribution center of electronic business enterprise; allowing the distribution center transfer the same goods from Other sellers when one seller is in short supply.
