摘要
采用浇注工艺制备大尺寸铸件车床CA6140床身坯料.为了提高床身铸件的成品率,采用超声波检测技术对车床CA6140床身坯料的导轨进行检测.通过对检测结果分析,认为浇注温度不足以及浇注系统设计不合理是导致床身导轨出现缺陷的原因,从而针对工艺的不足提出了改进措施.
Due to the non-uniformity of the thickness of the lathe structure, the cooling rate of the different parts is different when the traditional pouring process is used to prepare the CA6140 lathe structure. So the defects inside the lathe, such as, inclusion, shrinkage cavity and crack, are prone to form. These defects can cause the deterioration in the performance of the lathe structure. Especially, the defects in the lathe bed guiding rail can directly lead to the lathe bed to be rejected. In order to improve the yield of the as-cast lathe structure, the paper investigated the mechanism of the lathe structure defects by using the ultrasonic inspection. The results showed that the guiding rail defects were induced by the low pouring temperature and unreasonable design of gating system. When the improved process was used, the defects have been inhibited efficiently.
