福建省体育行业特有职业技能鉴定现状及对策研究

Current Situation and Development Strategy on the Appraisal of Occupational Skill in Sport Field of Fujian Province

采用文献资料调研法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法对福建省体育行业特有职业技能鉴定实施以来鉴定项目、培训基地建设、技术等级、人员特征等进行研究.结果显示:福建省开展体育行业特有职业技能鉴定的时间短,培训基地建设需要优化,受经济社会环境改善的影响,更多青年及高学历人才投身体育行业,参与职业技能培训及鉴定.由于缺乏职后管理与监管,持证人员利益无法保障,影响鉴定深入开展及从业者积极性.为促进体育行业特有职业技能鉴定健康、有序、广泛开展,提出发展对策,以期为福建省体育职业技能鉴定工作提供帮助.

Through the methods of literature, interview mathematical statistics such as special professional skill appraisal of sport industry in Fujian province, the implementation of training base construction, manage of teacher team, appraisal of project, technology level, personnel characteristics were studied. Based on current situation, the development strategy put forward. The result show that Fujian province implement the sport industry special professional skill appraisal is not long. The training base and teaching staff need op- timization. Influenced by the social and economic environment, more and more young and highly educated talents are training and appraisal. Due to lack of supervision and management, certified personnel interests can not guarantee, in - depth development impact appraisal and practitioners. In order to promote the sport industry, professional skills are helpful for sport professional skill appraisal of Fujian province.
