摘要 针对某LNG接收站循环水系统管路结垢严重,水池内积攒大量黏泥并滋生了菌藻,影响到全场仪表风系统的正常运行等问题,研究循环水系统清洗方案,根据水池内生物类型、管道和设备的材料类别,确定了作业流程,即先进行杀菌灭藻、黏泥剥离处理,再进行除锈除垢;其次从安全生产的角度对清洗过程的风险进行分析,并提出了应对措施。 The circulating water system scaling seri- ously, and there have a mass of slime, plenty of bac- teria and algae in the pool. Base on this, a special study launched for cleaning scheme of circulating wa- ter system. Primarily, according to the biological type in the pool, the material category of piping and e- quipment, the cleaning processes was determined which is to carry out sterilization and slime stripping process firstly, and then ablate the rust. Secondly, the risk of cleaning process was analyzed from the perspective of safety production, and proposed coun- termeasures.
