摘要 针对项目施工过程中安全风险存在的复杂关联性、高发性、动态性等特点,研发了一套以四级风险监管网络为基础,风险识别工具、风险分析与预警工具、风险动态监控工具为具体执行措施的安全风险管控方法。现场应用结果表明,该方法能够有效理清并落实参与各方安全主体责任,对高发风险及风险源进行及时预警,动态监测项目风险变化,降低事故发生率,切实提高项目安全管理绩效。 Based on the four network, risk identification -level risk supervision tools, risk analysis and early warning tools, and dynamic risk monitoring tools are developed for the construction of the project in accordance with the characteristics of complex risk, high incidence and dynamic risk. safety risk control measures for implementing measures. The field application results show that this method can ef- fectively clarify and implement the responsibility of all parties involved in safety, timely alert the high risk and risk source, dynamically monitor the project risk change, reduce the accident rate and improve the project safety management performance.
