针对项目施工过程中安全风险存在的复杂关联性、高发性、动态性等特点,研发了一套以四级风险监管网络为基础,风险识别工具、风险分析与预警工具、风险动态监控工具为具体执行措施的安全风险管控方法。现场应用结果表明,该方法能够有效理清并落实参与各方安全主体责任,对高发风险及风险源进行及时预警,动态监测项目风险变化,降低事故发生率,切实提高项目安全管理绩效。
