摘要
国有企业在经济社会发展中起着举足轻重的作用,国企改革是经济体制改革的重要环节,完善公司法人治理结构始终贯穿于国企改革的全过程。在国务院国资委的督导下,我国国企董事会建设在取得进步的同时,也存在着一些问题。如何辩证地分析这些问题,进一步加强董事会建设,是国企改革实践者面临的一项重大课题。本文从实践的视角提出几点思考和建议。
State- owned enterprises play an important role in the economic and social development. The reform of state- owned enterprises is an important part in the reform of economic system,and perfecting corporate governance structure runs through the whole process of state- owned enterprise reform. Under the supervision of SASAC of the State Council,the progress of the construction of the board of directors of China' s state- owned enterprises is accompanied by some problems. How to analyze these problems dialectically and further strengthen the building of the board of directors is a major issue facing the reform of state- owned enterprises. This paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions from the perspective of practice.
