摘要
生态养殖能够为人们提供更加高质、安全、绿色无公害的食品。生态猪是当前生态养殖业中发展较为迅速的技术,该技术不仅可以保证人们在食用过程中的食品安全,还可以促进生态猪绿色养殖效益的提高。对南方山地地方品种生态猪的养殖机遇及饲养管理进行了分析。
Ecological farming can provide people with pollution-free food with higher quality and safety. Ecological pig culture is one of the rapidly developed technologies in current ecological breeding industry, which not only ensures the safety of food, but also promotes the culture benefit of ecological pig. We analyzed the development opportunities of ecological farming for pig landrace in hilly land in south china and introduced the feeding management of ecological pig.
