新型超稠油取样器的设计与分析

The New Design and Analysis of Super Heavy Oil Sampler

摘要 目前超稠油常规取样器利用短管与管线相接进行局部取样,管道内流体分布不均造成取样误差;取样器部分暴露在室外,造成取样过程中流体温度散失,发生冻堵现象.为完善取样技术,设计出一种新型球形阀旋转取样器,通过球形阀的旋转将管道中一段区域内的流体完整取出,有效减小取样误差,并且取样过程不影响管道正常运行,还可充分利用管道中流体的温度,避免发生冻堵现象.为验证该种取样器的可行性,通过数值模拟对球形阀旋转过程中的压力进行了安全性分析;并且对比了不同温度和含水率对取样误差的影响,给出了适用于该取样器的最佳温度和含水率范围,对该新型取样器在实际生产中的应用及推广有一定的指导作用. Currently super heavy oil conventional samplers connect short tube and pipe to subsample,making error because of the uneven distribution of fluid in the pipeline.Since the sample is exposed to the outdoor partly,heat of the fluid is easy to dissipate in the sampling process,causing frozen blocking phenomenon.To improve the sampling technique,a new type of ball valve rotary sampler is designed,which can take out the fluid of the entire region of the pipe section by rotating the ball valve,effectively reducing the sampling error.And the sampling process does not affect the normal operation of the pipeline,it can also take advantage of the temperature of the fluid,avoiding frozen phenomenon.To verify the feasibility of the sample,the pressure safety of which is analyzed by numerical simulation.And the effects of temperature and moisture content axe analyzed to give the best scope to sampler.All of these can give some guidance to the applications and promotion of the new sampler in actual production.
