摘要
墨水湖北路(孟家铺立交—龙阳大道)立交项目因施工需要,在龙阳湖上段预应力钢筋混凝土箱梁施工采用少支架法(支架+贝雷梁)的水上钢支架施工方案。采用有限元分析软件MIDAS CIVIL仿真分析了水上钢支架的应力状态。通过对原设计水上钢栈桥受力分析发现,在箱梁荷载和支架自重荷载组合作用下,钢管桩、钢管桩支撑架、双拼工字钢受力状态满足承载力要求:而贝雷梁弦杆、腹杆和分配梁受力状态不满足承载力要求。通过对水上钢支架受力薄弱位置加设竖杆加固之后,支架受力状态得到很大改善,钢管桩、钢管桩支撑架、双拼工字钢、贝雷梁、分配梁的最大组合弯曲应力和最大剪应力均小于容许值,满足承载力要求。
Ink Hubei Road(Men Jiapu interchange-the Longyang Road interchange project because of the needs of the construction,the construction of prestressed concrete box girder upper Longyang lake using brackets(bracket and bailey beam) of water steel bracket in the construction scheme.Finite element analysis software MIDAS CIVIL simulation analysis of the state of water stress steel bracket.Based on the original design water steel trestle stress analysis found that in the box beam load and the weight of the bracket load combination,steel pipe pile,steel pipe pile,support frame,Shuangpin I-beam stress state meet the capacity requirements;and Bailey beam chord,the ventral rod and beam flexural state distribution does not meet the bearing capacity requirements.Through the water steel bracket in weak position is provided with a vertical bar reinforcement,support stress state has been greatly improved,steel pipe pile,steel pipe pile,support frame,Shuangpin I-steel,Bailey beam,distribution beam combined maximum bending stress and the maximum shear stress was lower than allowable value,meet the bearing capacity requirements.
