城乡一体化背景下农村生活形态演进态势及对策 被引量:4

摘要 改革开放以来,我国农村生活形态发生了深刻的变化,呈现出了新的态势,其现代文明因素日趋增多,消费方式日趋城市化、多样化。在加快推进城乡一体化发展的背景下,把握我国农村生活形态的变化特征,加速农村生活形态向现代城市生活形态转化是新时期经济社会发展的必然要求,也是一个系统工程。加快农村生活形态向现代社会转型需要从如下方面着手:优化配置农村产业结构,增加农民收入,夯实现代生活的物质基础;加速农村城镇化进程,加快城乡基础设施建设,推进城乡融合发展;创新体制机制,提升城乡基本公共服务均等化程度,构建农村生活形态转变的良好政策环境;强化农村精神文化建设,提高农民文明素质。 Since the reform and opening-up,profound rural lifestyle changes have taken place in ourcountry and presents new situations. Modern civilization factors are increasing. Consumption patterns areof urbanization and diversification. Under the background of accelerating the development of urban andrural integration,it is an inevitable requirement and also a system engineering for the economic andsocial development in the new period to grasp the characteristics of China's rural life form,to acceleraterural life form to the modern city life form transformation. The following aspects should be carried outcomprehensively and carried forward as a whole. It includes optimal allocation of the village industrialstructure and increasing farmers' income to consolidate the foundation of modern life,accelerating therural urbanization and speeding up the urban and rural infrastructure construction to promote thedevelopment of urban and rural integration. Innovating system and mechanism and promoting equal basicpublic services between urban and rural areas to construct a good policy environment for the change ofrural lifestyle,and strengthening rural cultural construction to raise farmers' culture quality.
