摘要
以HYSYS为工具对氦冷凝纯化的影响因素进行了理论分析,为氦冷凝纯化的纯化压力选取提供了依据。同时,对冷凝纯化过程中的冷量回收利用方式进行了理论研究,提出了对杂质冷凝液节流后回热的新方法,经过模拟计算,提高了氦冷凝纯化的经济性。
This paper makes an theoretical analysis of the influence factors of the helium cryogenic condensing and purification using APEN-HYSYS, and provides theoretical basis for the purification pressure of helium cryogenic condensing. Besides, it also makes a study of the methods of recycling the cooling power during the condensing purification, and brings forward a new methods to reheat the impurity condensate after its throttling, which highly improves the economical efficiency of helium cryogenic adsorption and purification.
