光伏系统中一种改进的冗余型DC/DC变换器的研究

摘要 由于DC/DC变换器工作频率高,常常导致开关管(IGBT)出现故障,为此研究了一种改进型冗余DC/DC变换器。当主开关管出现故障(短路或断路)时,该变换器能立即关断主开关管,开通辅助开关管,使系统快速恢复正常工作状态。同时,搭建了基于冗余型DC/DC变换器的三相光伏并网发电系统。实验结果表明该改进型冗余变换器切换平滑性好,扰动低,且系统恢复常态时间短。 The failure in the DC/DC converter is usual caused by the high frequency of it. Therefore, an improved redundancy DC/ DC converter is researched aimed to solve this problem. It can cut off its main switch, and conduct its auxiliary switch immediately, and refresh the system to the normal state, when the main switch of DC/DC converter have fault(a short circuit or an open circuit). Then, a three-phase photovoltaic grid power generation system is built to verify the feasibility of the method. Results show that this improved redundancy DC/DC converter switch smoothly, anti-jam strong, so that the system can return to normal in a short time.
