摘要
通过对玻璃熔窑低NO_x排放增氧梯度助燃仿真模拟的研究,探讨了增氧梯度助燃玻璃熔窑的燃烧规律,模拟结果表明,增氧梯度助燃玻璃熔窑NO_x排放量明显降低,玻璃液面温度提高,因此,采用增氧梯度助燃方式有利于火焰向玻璃液传热。
Combustion law of gradient-supply of oxygen in glass furnace was investigated and results show that the emission of NO_x from glass furnace is significant decreased by gradually oxygenating and the temperature at glass melt level is increased. It is concluded that the combustion-supporting by gradually oxygenating favored the heat diffusion from flame to glass melt.
