随着国家十三五规划及相关配套政策的出台,作为高耗能的玻璃企业依然形势严峻,发改、工信、环保和科技等部门对浮法玻璃生产企业的政策逐渐明朗,机遇与挑战并存,企业如何实现产品升级成了玻璃企业迫切解决的问题,也是企业发展和投资战略的重要问题。本文通过解读国家相关政策,为玻璃企业提出一些建设性的想法和建议。

The prospect of high energy consuming glass industry still remains grim although the thirteenth five-year plan and the relevant state policies come into being. The policies making by National development and reform committee, Ministry of industry and information technology, Ministry of environment protection and Ministry of science and technology are gradual clear, opportunity coexists with challenge. How to up-gradate glass product has been becoming urgent problems and important issues for enterprise development and investment strategy of glass industry. In this article. Some constructive ideas and suggestions for glass company were proposed on the basis of reading state relevant policies.
