摘要
通过热力学建模的方法对电厂烟气余热ORC循环工质进行研究,根据工质的筛选方法和REFPROP软件粗选出11种适合低温烟气余热发电的有机工质,通过热力学分析方法计算出ORC系统的循环热效率、泵功、净输出功、工质运行压力.结果表明,R601a是最适合低温烟气余热发电的工质,R245fa和R600次之.
The ORC cycle working fluid is studied by thermodynamic modeling approach to power plant flue gas heat recovery.According to the working fluid of the screening method,eleven kinds of organic working fluid that are suitable for low temperature waste heat power generation are selected by REFPROP software,and thermodynamic analysis method is used to calculate the thermal efficiency of the cycle of ORC systems,pump power,the net output power,operating pressure.The results are obtained that R601a is the most suitable low temperature waste heat power generation refrigerants,followed by R245fa and R600.
