Study on network data governance under new situation

网络数据治理主要是指在大数据时代,政府公共部门主导的为了应对网络数据带来的困难与威胁而运用技术、政策、法律等多种手段对网络数据进行管理、整合分析并挖掘其价值的行为。从当前网络数据治理面临的形势出发,梳理各国数据治理的基本实践和做法,进而对比分析我国网络数据治理的基本情况和存在的问题,并提出加强我国网络数据治理的思路和意见。

Data governance is a new concept refers to the actions- including technology, policy and legislation- taken by government and other organizations to deal with the threat or problems in big data era. This article bases on the current situation we are facing and focus on international experience as well as their best practice. In the end, this article tries to give several suggestions for network data governance in China.
