信息指纹技术是对自然语言的一种处理技术。利用该技术识别相似垃圾短信,可实现对灰名单垃圾短信的自动识别和聚类处理。主要阐述了信息指纹技术在垃圾短信灰名单审核方面的原理及应用,重点从短信信息指纹处理、黑名单指纹库的建立、指纹识别处理效率的解决、审核策略的应用等几个方面进行叙述,并提出成本低效益高的灰名单审核过滤系统构建思路。为电信运营商在提高灰名单短信审核覆盖率、降低人工成本和降低投诉方面提供了理论和实践的借鉴。

Information fingerprint technology is a kind of processing technology of natural language. This paper uses the technology to identify similar spam messages, to realize the automatic recognition and clustering processing of spam messages. It focuses on the principle application of information fingerprint technology in graylist checking of spam messages, illustrating short message fingerprint processing, blacklist fingerprint database setting-up, the solution to raise fingerprint processing efficiency, the application of checking strategy, etc. Furthermore, it also gives the basic idea of constructing a cost-effective gray list filtering system, provides theoretical and practical references for telecom operatorsto break their delima between improving low coverage in filtering spam messages, cutting labor cost and reducing customer complaints.
