摘要
分析了大数据安全存在的五大方面问题及其原因,提出了大数据安全监管整体策略。特别是针对运营商和互联网企业,构建了由安全策略、安全组织、安全技术和安全运维四个部分组成的大数据安全监管体系,为政府部门决策提供参考。
The article analyzed the five aspects of the problems and reasons of big data security. The overall strategy of big data security supervision was proposed, which was built especially for Telecom operators and Internet companies and consisted of four parts, including security policy, security organizations, security technologies and security operation, to provide reference advices for the government.
