摘要
T68镗床控制系统是采用继电器来实现的,由于该控制方式导致其在日常的生产加工过程中容易发生电气故障,并随着变频器及PLC控制技术在机床中的广泛使用,传统的继电器控制系统逐渐退出市场。但为了能够让T68镗床发挥余热,使用可编程逻辑控制器和变频器对其操作系统进行改造,提高了其可靠性和灵活性。
The controlling system of T68 boring machine is realized by electric relay,which can easily result in electrical failure during the production process.With the wide use of frequency converter and PLC in machines,the traditional relay-based controlling system is gradually going out of the market.In order to get the T68 boring Machine fully used,programmable logic controller and frequency inverter are used to remodel the operation system so that its reliability and flexibility has been improved.
