随着我国高等教育事业的繁荣与发展,全国普通高等院校的扩招工作也相继展开。在高校日常的管理工作中,辅导员是学生管理工作的具体组织者,也是教学计划的实施者和监督者,更是学生大学阶段生活和学习上的指导者。在日常的大学生辅导工作中,推行目标管理活动,有利于提高辅导员教师对于学生辅导工作的针对性,通过设定阶段性辅导目标的方式,有效推进普通高等院校管理水平和教学水平的展开。本文根据目标管理在辅导员工作中的具体细节展开讨论,提出几点有利于高等院校教师辅导工作开展的可行性措施。

In colleges and universities,counselors are the major organizer of student management work,as well as the guide for students on their life and study.In daily college student counseling work,the implementation of target management,is conducive to improve the counselor teachers for student counseling targeted,by setting the stage of counseling target,effectively promote the ordinary institutions of higher learning management level and the teaching level.According to the specific details of target management in the work of counselors,this paper puts forward some feasible measures to help teachers＇ guidance work in Colleges and universities.
