摘要
将超声波破碎原理与植物中有效成分的提取工艺和技术相结合,进行外加热循环、超声波破碎及电动搅拌装置协同作用的提取罐设计,并利用原有的设备资源,制作了一套适用于本科教学和科研实验的超声波辅助植物提取设备系统。该设备系统由加热装置、提取装置和控制装置3部分组成。系统实际应用于茶叶中的茶多酚提取实验,取得了良好的效果,具有一定的实用价值。
We combine the principle of ultrasonic fragmentation and the technology of extraction of active principle from plant to design an extraction pot,with which external heating cycle,ultrasonic fragmentation and electronic mixing device will take effect coordinately. Based on the existing devices resources,we have made a set of ultrasonic assisted phyto- extraction device system,which is applicable to undergraduate education and experimental research. This device system consists of heating device,extracting device and controlling device. The system has been applied to the experiment of tea polyphenols extraction in tea,and has achieved good results,which has a certain practical value.
