基于PLC缩比运料模型实验平台设计

摘要 依托四川大学PLC实验教学平台建设改造项目,设计与实现了一套满足教学与科研需求的PLC程控缩比运料小车模型的实验平台。该实验平台综合运用了软硬件结合程控负载的现代控制理论、仿真技术、PLC应用技术、USB通信技术和工业控制原理等方面知识,为教学和科研奠定了良好的软硬件基础,能充分满足学生在实验室进行PLC控制各种常用负载的要求,具有重要的教学和科研意义。该文着重研究和讨论了实验系统硬件和软件部分的设计思想、具体实现方法以及平台改造价值。 Depending on the construction of schools PLC experimental teaching platform of the project,this paper designs and implements a set of teaching and research to meet the needs of the PLC program a scaled model test car transporter platform. The experimental platform better integrated use of soft- a combination of hardware programmable load of modern control theory,simulation techno-logy,PLC application technology,USB communications technology and industrial control and other aspects of knowledge of the principles. It laid a good foundation for the hardware and software for teaching and research,and can fully meet the students in a variety of commonly used laboratory PLC control load requirements,with important teaching and practical significance. This paper focuses on the study and discussion of the experimental system hardware and software design part of the transformation of the specific method and platform value.
