工业控制器实验教学改革与实践

摘要 实验教学是工业控制器原理及应用技术课程教学的重要环节。该文分析了工业控制器传统实验教学的不足之处,并从优化课程结构、充实实验内容、完善考核形式等方面出发,给出了提高实验教学效果的有效改革措施;建立了包含基础型、提高型、综合应用型实验的分阶段、多层次的实验教学体系。实践证明,新的实验教学体系能进一步激发学生学习的主动性和创造性,有效提高学生方案设计、解决问题和探索创新的能力。 Experiment teaching is one of the most important links in course teaching of principles and applications of industrial microcontroller technology. The insufficiency of present industrial microcontroller experimental teaching was analyzed. Effective reform measures such as optimizing configuration,enriching the experimental content and improving the grading system and so on,were applied to improve experimental teaching effect. A series of phased and stratified experimental teaching system,which including basis,advanced and comprehensive application experiments,was established. Practices show new experimental teaching system could better stimulate students' initiative and creativity,and the ability of project design,problem solving,exploration and creativity of students were effectively improved.
