“互联网+”时代大型仪器设备共享平台管理效率及服务能力的提升

A Further Improving the Management and Service Capabilities of Large- scale Equipment Platform in the Era of “Internet + ”

该文针对所在高校大型仪器设备平台当前管理和服务能力现状进行了分析,在此基础上提出在"互联网+"时代下,进一步提升仪器平台的管理及服务能力的几点措施。这些措施包括健全适合"互联网+"时代的硬件设施、建立大型仪器设备自动化管理系统、利用智能终端实行多样化消息推送、采用线上和线下混合式技术培训以及改善技术人员知识结构、培养高素质高水平的技术人才等。

This paper presents an analysis of the current status of the management and service capabilities of large- scale equipment platform in Wuhan University. Accordingly,we proposed some measures aiming at further improving the management and service capabilities of the platform to meet the challenge of ＂Internet ＋ ＂era. These measures include the enhancement of hardware facilities for ＂Internet ＋ ＂era,establishment of large- scale equipment automation management system,exploitation of intelligent terminal to sent a variety of message,application of online and offline training mode,and cultivation of high- quality technical personnel.
