摘要
对项目风险管理所涉及的子过程(规划风险管理、识别风险、风险定性和定量分析、制定应对策略及监控风险)进行了研究和总结,同时结合某外资空气分离企业的某大型空分设备配套模块的制造项目,将风险管理的理论方法运用到实际案例当中,有效控制产品制造过程中所存在的风险。
Based on the research and summary of all sub-processes of risk management（risk management planning, risk identify,qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, risk response planning and risk monitoring）, this paper applies the risk management theory in a practical manufacturing project of an air-separation equipment to effectively control the risk in product manufacturing process.
