摘要
采用ANSYS仿真分析技术,通过模态分析对固定支架的固有频率及振幅进行了仿真分析,找出了其所存在的薄弱环节并采取优化措施,重建模型并对优化分析前后的模型进行了对比分析,优化后的固定支架具有频率高、振幅小等优点,能够更好地满足试验条件。
By means of ANSYS simulation, through modal analysis, the inherent frequency and amplitude of the fixed support is simulated and analyzed, the existingweakness is found out the and optimized measures are taken to reconstruct mode, and makes A comparative analysis of the model before and after optimization is conducted. The model has advantages of high frequency, small amplitude, which better meets the test conditions.
