摘要
目的:研究辽藁本种子对几种作物种子萌发化感作用。方法:通过培养皿法研究辽藁本的水浸液、乙醇提取液、挥发油以及提取挥发油后的溶液,对辽藁本、白沙蒿、芹菜、白菜种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽长度的影响。结果:辽藁本的水浸液、乙醇提取液、挥发油以及提取挥发油后的溶液,对辽藁本、沙蒿、芹菜、白菜种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽长度均存在不同程度的抑制作用。结论:辽藁本对作物种子萌发存在化感作用,最强的为提取挥发油后的溶液,其次为辽藁本水浸液、乙醇提取液,最弱的为辽藁本挥发油。
Objective:To study the role of seed of Ligusticum jeholense on several kinds of crop seeds for germination and allelopathy.Methods:Study the impact of the aqueous extracts,alcohol extracts,volatile oils and the solution after extracted volatile oils of Ligusticum jeholense on seed germination rate,germination index and sprout length by Petri dish method.Results:There are varying degrees of inhibition in the aqueous extracts,alcohol extracts,volatile oil and the solution after extracted volatile oils of Ligusticum jeholense on seed germination rate,germination index and sprout length.Conclusions:Ligusticum jeholense has the allelopathy on crop seed germination,the greatest one is the solution after extracted volatile oils,the second are aqueous extracts and alcohol extracts of Ligusticum jeholense,the weakest one is volatile oils.
