摘要
用不同浓度的氯化钠、硫酸钠和碳酸钠对苦豆子种子萌发的影响进行了研究。结果表明:在不同浓度的3种盐条件下,苦豆子种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和胚根胚芽生长长度均随着盐浓度的增加而下降,但盐害率随盐浓度的增加而增高。苦豆子在硫酸钠中的盐害率最低,在碳酸钠中的盐害率最高,很难生长在含盐量超过0.6%的碱性土壤环境。在氯化钠中的盐害率在硫酸钠和碳酸钠二者之间,能适应含盐量在1.2%以下的中性盐土壤条件。
This paper investigates the seed germination of Sophora alopecuroides treated with different concentrations of NaCl,Na2SO4 and Na2CO3.The results showed that with salinity increase,all the germination energy,germination percentage,germination index,vigor index and the lengths of plumule and radicle were decreased.But salt injury rate increased with increase of salt concentration.Sophora alopecuroides was lowest salt injury rate in the Na2SO4,the highest salt injury rate in the Na2CO3,its difficult to growth in the more than 0.6%salt concentration alkaline soil environment.Salt injury rate in the sodium chloride between both Na2SO4 and Na2CO3,can adapted to salinity 1.2% or less neutral salt soil conditions.
