摘要
激光冲击强化是利用激光诱导冲击波实施表面改性的新技术。在介绍激光冲击强化技术原理与特点的基础上,概述了激光冲击在压力模型和试验研究方向上的新进展,分析了激光冲击强化在航空叶片上的研究成果,并对航空叶片激光冲击强化的发展及应用进行了展望。
Taking laser shock processing (LSP) as a new technology, the new surface treatment was implemented by using laser induced shock waves. Based on the introduction of principles and characteristic of laser shock processing technology, the research progress of the laser shock on the pressure model and related experiments was described. The research results of LSP used in engine blade were analyzed. The development and application of LSP for aeroengine blade were looked forward.
