摘要
研究了Si、V、Ti加入量对Cr12高铬铸铁显微组织、硬度、冲击韧性和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:钛含量为0.5%,Si含量为1%,V含量为2%,Cr12高铬铸铁综合力学性能好,耐磨性好。
The effects of Si, V and Ti addition on the microstructure, hardness, impact toughness and abrasive resistance of Crl2 high chromium cast iron were studied. The results show that when the content of titanium is 0.5%, Si content is 1% and V content is 2%, the mechanical properties and abrasive resistance of the cast iron are good.
