摘要 采用喷射成形技术制备了高合金工模具钢(HGSF01)沉积坯,经后续的热锻致密化和热处理工艺得到了组织性能良好的工模具用钢。在对其显微组织观察和力学性能测试的基础之上,分析了HGSF01钢的组织演变及其与性能的关系,并用电子探针(EPMA)初步评定了组织中夹杂物的含量、种类,并分析了可能的来源。结果表明,与电渣重熔态材料相比,喷射成形高合金钢晶粒细小,成分均匀,其性能得到大幅提升。材料中非金属夹杂物判定为细系D1.5级、粗系0.5级的环状氧化物,经鉴定为少量的氧化铝和硅酸盐类夹杂,需严控制备工艺以降低夹杂物含量,提升材料质量。 The high-alloy tool steel (HGSF01) billet was produced by spray forming technology. Then the tool steel with good structure and properties can be obtained by hot forging densification and heat treatment process. Based on observing microstructure and measuring mechanical properties, the microstructure evolution and properties of HGSF01 steel were analyzed. The contents and types of inclusions in the tool steel were evaluated by electron probe micro-analysis (EPMA) and the possible sources were analyzed. The results show that compared with the ESR material, the spray-formed alloy steel material has a fine grain size, uniform composition characteristics, and the performance significantly improves. The nonmetallic inclusions in the material are determined to fine series D1.5 grade and coarse series 0.5 grade, which are identified as a small number of aluminum oxide and silicate inclusions, These inclusions should be reduced by strict control of the preparation process, so the quality of the material improves.
