摘要
在DIL805L型膨胀仪上测定了30Mn VS6钢在不同冷却速度下连续冷却时的膨胀曲线,结合金相-硬度法分析其相变规律及影响因素,获得了连续冷却转变曲线。结果表明,30Mn VS6钢的临界点为A c1=629℃,A c3=860℃;当冷却速度臆0.5℃/s时,转变产物为铁素体、珠光体;当冷却速度为1℃/s,转变产物开始出现少量贝氏体、马氏体;冷却速度在1~10℃/s时为铁素体、珠光体、贝氏体和马氏体;当冷却速度逸15℃/s时,转变产物为铁素体、贝氏体和马氏体,珠光体完全消失。
The dilatometric curves of 30MnVS6 steel under different cooling speeds were tested by DIL805L dilatometer. Combined metallographic-hardness method, the phase transition rules and influence factors were analyzed, and the CCT curves were obtained. The results show that the critical point of 30MnVS6 steel is Ac1=629 ℃, Ac3=860 ℃. The products of austenite transformation are ferrite and pearlite when the cooling rate is bellow 0.5℃/s; a few bainite and martensite start to appear in the transformation products when the cooling rate is 1 ℃/s; the transformation products are ferrite, pearlite, bainte and martensite when the cooling rate is 1-10 ℃/s; the transformation products are ferrite, bainte and martensite when the cooling rate is above 15℃/s, and the pearlite totally disappears.
