摘要
通过光学显微镜研究了齿轮钢SAE8620H在950~1150℃奥氏体晶粒的长大规律,并利用Beck模型建立了其奥氏体晶粒的长大模型。结果表明SAE8620H钢在950~1150℃奥氏体晶粒尺寸随温度升高逐渐增大,随保温时间延长而增大。由Beck模型得到奥氏体晶粒长大模型,求得其晶粒长大激活能为169191.6 J/mol。
The growth law of austenite grain in the gear steel SAE8620H was studied by optical microscope. The austenite grain growth model was established by using Beck model. The results show that the austenite grain size of SAE8620H steel gradually increases with temperature increasing from 950 ℃ to 1150 ℃, and also increases with the prolongation of holding time. The grain growth activation energy Q is 169191.6 J/mol, which can be calculated by austenite grain growth model obtained by Beck model.
