摘要
研究了Q345B和NSB船板钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中全浸12周试样的锈层结构特征对其电化学行为的影响。Tafel极化曲线和阻抗谱测试都表明,比较全浸Q345B钢,NSB耐蚀钢全浸试样具有更优的抗腐蚀性能。稀土的加入有利于NSB钢全浸试样获得致密的、少孔洞的、高α-FeOOH和Fe_3O_4含量的锈层,这使得NSB耐蚀钢全浸试样的抗腐蚀性能提高。
The effects of structure characteristic of rust layer on the electrochemical corrosion behavior of Q345B and NSB ship-plate steels immerged in 3.5%NaCl for 12 weeks were investigated. The results of Tafel polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy indicate that the immerged NSB sample has better corrosion resistance in comparison with the immerged Q345B sample. Adding rare earth can promote the formation of the compact rust layer with compact, fewer holes and high content of α-FeOOH and Fe304 phases for the irnmerged NSB sample, which ean contribute to the improvement of the corrosion resistance of the immerged NSB sample.
