摘要
设计了一种泡沫铜-聚氨酯复合结构,通过ANSYS软件对该结构的静力学及传热性能进行研究。结果表明:在受到同等压力载荷时,泡沫铜-聚氨酯复合结构的最大变形量要大于泡沫铜单体,在受到同等温度载荷时,泡沫铜-聚氨酯复合结构的边界温度要低于泡沫铜单体。泡沫铜-聚氨酯复合结构的缓冲性能、抗过载能力和隔热性能都优于泡沫铜单体。
A foam copper/PU composite structure was designed. The statics and heat transfer performance of the structure were studied by ANSYS software. The results show that under the same pressure load, the maximum deformation of foam eopper/PU composite structure is larger than that of foam copper monomer. Under the same temperature load, the boundary temperature of foam copper-polyurethane composite structure is lower than that of foam copper monomer. The buffer performance, overload resistance and heat insulation performance of foam copper-polyurethane composite structure is better than that of foam copper monomer.
