摘要
通过金相显微镜、显微硬度计、XRD等手段,研究了不同频率、时间的电脉冲处理对高锰钢碳氮共渗的渗层厚度和硬度的影响。结果表明:在550℃保温1 h,电脉冲频率为9 Hz时,每小时脉冲10 min,持续6 h的碳氮共渗效果最好。渗层厚度最大,约200μm;渗层硬度最大,表面硬度达到1072 HV。
Effects of electric pulse treatment of different frequences and time on thickness and hardness of the high manganese steel's nitrocarburizing layer were investigated by means of metallographic microscopy, micro-hardness tester and XRD. The results show that the best effect can be got when the sample is held at 550 ℃ for 1 h and the electric pulsed for 10 min per hour for 6 h with the frequency of 9 Hz. The thickness of the layer is the biggest, which is about 200μm; the hardness of the layer is the biggest, and the surface hardness is 1072 HV.
